Rob Goldman Legal Solutions, a growing professional lawfirm, has openings for a professional legal assistant and an administrative assistant in our Downtown Baltimore office. Pleasant, friendly, non-smoking work environment.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered (if you do not, please don't apply):

• Proficiency with WordPerfect 8, including macros, merge, formatting and organizational features;
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm;
• Solid writing skills, including proper use of grammar and good spelling ability;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Self-starter with an aptitude for problem-solving;
• Must be computer literate. Computer and internet technical and research knowledge a plus;
• Team player with easy-going disposition and strong human-relations skills;
• Caring, empathetic and committed to helping people;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• At least three years of experience working in a law office or in a responsible office administration position;
• Good, verifiable references;
