FEE POLICY
Our fees are based on a variety of factors, and are set to reflect fair value for the service we provide and the benefit you derive. Hourly billing provides little incentive to work efficiently and most of our clients feel more comfortable with a flat fee.
As a general rule, we charge a consulting fee to review your rights and options, and then quote a flat fee once we agree on what you want us to do for you. We enter into written engagement agreements in all cases to avoid any misunderstanding as to the services to be provided and the fees.
Don’t be fooled by offers of a ‘free initial consultation.” If you need to do some important planning, or are at the point that you are seriously considering bankruptcy or divorce, you need a comprehensive professional review of your situation and a thorough explanation of your options, not a quick 15 minute freebie that doesn’t tell you much. Your time is valuable too and you want to be able to leave the lawyer’s office with some Peace of Mind, real answers and a plan of action. That takes time, experience and caring. And if you proceed to retain our services, the “rights & options” consultation fee will be credited to your total fee. With over 20 years of experience, Rob Goldman specializes in bringing his clients “Peace of Mind.” We help you every step of the way! In appropriate cases, we offer payment plans.
Offering competitive prices and good value for your money is an essential component of our success.
